On Nintendo direct there was news about new coming games on the Wii U. Some seem to be expecting while others are something to look forward to:

Two Zelda games were revealed by Eiji Aonuma, the producer of the Zelda series.

A Mario 3D action game, (like Super Mario galaxy) which is to be scheduled to be playable at E3.

A Mario kart game which is also to be scheduled for E3.

Yarn Yoshi, the first game to feature Yoshi as the main character on a console game since 1998's Yoshi Story for Nintendo 64. It'll be put together by the same team that did Kirby's epic yarn, along with Takashi Tezuka, who is the director for Yoshi's island, and Yoshi's story.

There's other games like Wii fit U, and Wii party U, for family.

Fire Emblem and Shin-Megami Tensei (which I haven't heard of) collaboration between Nintendo and Atlus, for RPG players.

Of course a new Super Smash bros is also underway too.

GAME & WARIO to be released in the first half of 2013.
There's even more games that I don't recognise that are going to be released too.
Personally I'm looking forawrd to the Zelda games, the Yoshi game and of course Super Smash Bros.. The Fire Emblem one sounds interesting too.
